RETURN POLICY: I am a responsible and reputed seller and strive to provide best services. I completely understand that sometimes my customers who shop online may find that the item may not match their expectations when they receive it. I am more than happy to accept a return, exchange or a refund for that particular item.
CONDITIONS: If you want to return your item you must do so within 14 days of receipt and then return it within 30 days. The postage is only refundable only if the item comes faulty. The buyers are responsible for postage for returning. For hygienic reasons, the buyer has to make sure that the item is UNUSED and in its original conditions which includes:
> Original tag attached as it comes
> All accessories included
> No smell of perfume, food, smoke or anything else similar
> Not being cut, brushed, restyled, washed or any other conditions opposing to 'unused'
Unfortunately, if the item is received back as above I will have to refuse the return.
